How long will my order take?

 

Made to Order (personalized or embroidered) items can take up to 2 weeks before they are ready to be shipped out or picked up.  Ready made items are usually shipped out within 72 hours.  If you have selected the RUSH OPTION, your item will be ready within 7 business days.

 

How do I place an order?

 

To order online, just add your items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button. Click on the Shopping Bag link towards the top of the page at any time to check the contents of the shopping cart, remove items or change the items. When you are ready to check out, just click on the Checkout in your shopping cart and proceed by providing the required information.

 

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your order.  

 

If you are picking up your order, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as your item is ready.

What payment methods are accepted?

 

We currently accept credit card payment through Paypal.  All orders must be paid for before we start production.

 

How do I make a change or cancel an order?

 

If you need to make a change or cancel an order that you placed, please contact us immediately at 480.559.4436.  As long as the item has not been personalized yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.   Your order may be cancelled if it has not yet been produced.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Since all items are custom made there will be no refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. Please be specific on fabric choices and thread colors to ensure the item will be exactly what you want. If specifics are not given, we will use our discretion in creating your item.
